Buzzy Bunnies ...

1. Shell's daughter did this sketch because she wanted to have a challenge of her own, bless her. Pop over to Shell's blog it's lovely.
2. Basic Grey's challenge s the colour combo of "Brown, yellow and pink". Don't forget you must use any item by BG.
3. One stop Craft challenge would like to see "Cute n Cuddly" this week.
4. Secret crafter's challenge is "Things with Wings".
5. Stamp Something is "Animal Something" this week.

The card is SU and the paper is BG Urban Prairie. I got this image from a friend months ago and I have no idea what company it is. If anyone knows could you let me know as I love it. The ribbons and charm are from my stash, and the flowers are hand punched. The sentiment is from a £1.49 set.

Oriental ...

Ladies for 3 challenges. The 1st is "Pink, black and white" from Caardvarks. The 2nd is over at the Pink elephant where they would like us follow this fantastic sketch. And the 3rd is "Shaped" cards at The Cupcake challenge.
My organic icecream tub made another appearance so thatI could make this shaped card and my beautiful Oriental ladies from my Hero arts set. They are so scrummy.
The card is Papermill and all the embellies are from my stash. The greeting is from a set by Clear Stamps. The flowers and leaves are hand punched.

Sandcastles in the Sun ...

for 2 challenges. the 1st is this fab sketch for Stamp with Stampavie and more and the 2nd is "By the sea" for Stamp with Fun.
I've used my lovely seaside Lola and coloured her with pencils and Sansador. Pencils 50 for £2 from Asda work a treat and you get some fab unusual colours too.
The card is SU and the papers are wait for it, yes you guessed it, I can't remember what the main piece is as this was my last little bit. The orange is DCWV Pocket of Posies. The button and ric rac are from my stash and the sentiment is from a cupcake set by uuurrrrmmmm, doh don't know cos I've lost the wrapper. Am terrible aren't I.?

Hush little baby ...

for these 3 challenges. The 1st is over at Cute Card Thursday where the challenge is "New beginings". Thats baby's, home's job's etc... As you can see I chose a baby card.
The 2nd challenge was "Embossing" over at C.R.A.F.T challenge. It can either be dry or heat embossing. I've done both.
3rd it's this fab sketch from over at Papertake weekly challenge.
The card is Papermill and SU, the paper is by Sandylion and all the embellies are from my stash. The image is a free stamp off Craft stamper months ago.
The dry emboss piece has been heat emboss with Siver pearl the same as the pram image.

WOW I won a prize ...

Over at Colour create for my card in challenge 25 (above). It was the colour combo of blue, silver, sand and black. Thank you ladies for choosing my card.

Well not much crafting over the past few days, but am not back at work until Monday so it's crafting, crafting, crafting after I've done a few chores.
I've been feeling a little sad this week as it's a year since my closet, best friend passed away and I miss her terribly. She was like another mother to me and I think she knew me better that anyone, even myself sometimes. Oh hum !
I'd better go and get sorted as we need to go into town this morning. I want to look for some ribbon, some leather stranding, some lace and a few bits n bobs.

What a naughty blogger am I. I had fully intended ddoing a challenge card today, but just haven't had the motivation. DS has been a right chatterbox today, so cat napping has been at a minimum and I'm shattered.
His Granma and Grandad have just picked him up for the night and their off to Scarborough tomorrow. A day of SLEEP !!! Oh I hope they've got their ear plugs cos boy can that little man chat LOL !

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my wonderful, wonderful hubby. HAPPY BIRTHDAY !

Party Max ...

is dressed to thrill for 3 challenges. The 1st is this great sketch for Allsorts challenge with the added theme of torn edges. This is also the theme over at SPCC, where you can use border punches, tearing, hand cut, anything to create a fancy border. Finally but by no means least is the colour combo of Turquoise and brown over at The Secret Crafter.

The card is Papermill, the paper is a Kelly Panaccini for Sandylion. All the embellies are from my stash. Max is coloured using pencils and Sansador and he's from the Pink Gem family.

I Must be MAD ..... 1 card 9 challenges ...

Yes it does say 9 ! So here goes, I hope your all sitting comfortably.

1. A Spoonful of sugar.- TRAVEL. Surfing, you need to travel to do it.
2. Colour Create.- Colour combo, BLUE, SAND, SILVER and BLACK. All colours covered in this card.
3. Creative Belliblog.- WATERBASED MARKERS. Used my Whisper pens to colour the image.
4. Cute Card Thursday.- SUMMER. Surfing is a Summer activity.
5. C.R.A.F.T. Challenge.- SUMMER. As above.
6. Pile it On.- THINGS COME IN 3's. 3 buttons, 3 pieces of Rafia and 3 Summer themed challenges.
7. Sweet Sketch Wednesday.- THIS FAB SKETCH. Speaks for itself really.
8. The Pink Elephant.- SUMMER. Surfing is a Summer activity.
9. ABC challenge.- BUTTONS. used 3 of 'em.


I have no idea what the image is, can't remember, the card is just bits out of my box, the paper is Sandylion and ordinary sand paper, the buttons and rafia are from my stash. The sentiment is SU and reads "driving by with a birthday Hi !", I've crossed out the "driving" and written "surfing". I've added GD and Floc to the waves so it looks like surf (hopefully).

Over the garden fence ...

dreaming ! I've covered 2 challenges with this card, Friday sketches and Stamp something.
Friday sketches is this wonderful sketch by Carole. the 2nd challenge "A Birthday Something" over at Stamp Something. So I thought pretty, pink and girlie. I think it turned out lovely for saying I spilt my tea on the image whilst at Dabblers last night.

The image is Sarah Kay coloured with pencils and Sansador (my favourite medium). The card is SU, the paper is Brenda Walton for K & Co, the sentimnet is SU too (full version on the inside of card). The flowers and leaves are all hand punched with those brad type thingy's in the middle.

I've also done the inside too and it looks like this. Just a mirror of the outside really.

The week that was ...

thank goodness it's over. It's always hard going back to work after a long holiday, but it's a bit stressful with the circumstances at work at the moment. I shouldn't say that really as my boss visits my blog LOL !
Well hubby kept his job which is 1 less thing to worry about. THANK GOODNESS ! Now just my health to sort out. Not that I'm poorly as in sick, just got an issue to deal with. Hopefully the hospital will sort me out. Not that I should complain as there are friends in far worse condition that me.
It's a gorjus morning here, the sun's out and it's lovely warm, washings blowing nicely in the breeze. Sounds idilick (don't think that's spelt right) doesn't it. ?
I've got a card half done and loads of ideas running thru my head which I need to get on paper. So am off as hubby is hoovering behind me and I think he wants me to move as he keeps hitting my chair. Subtle as a brick LOL.

A Well and A WOW ....

the well is for "Well what a bad blogger I've been this week". Sorry for being AWOL. It's always a bit difficult in the school holidays as I can only get a few hours kip before DS breaks the silence. So, I am too shattered to make anything or to post. Rambling over ! WOOHOO I hear you shout LOL !

The WOW is for for this super award that my good blog friend Cathy sent me. THANK YOU CATHY. I feel really honoured that she's given me this award as she's a very talented lady who creates the most gorjus cards. Go visit her blog, you'l not be disappointed.

Just good friends ...

for 2 challenges. The 1st is this sketch over at Sketch n Stash. As usual they would like us to use something new from our stashes.
I've used my new pad Of BG Urban Prairie and a new reel of ribbon.
The 2nd challenge is "Friendship" over at Just Magnolia. I've made Edwin's cheeks just a little pinker than Tilda's so he looks embarrassed about holding her hand. Don't they make a cute pair.?
As usual all the images are coloured with pencils and Sansador, my fav. The big flowers are Magnolia too. The card is SU, Papermill and Core' dinations Spell caster. The paper is BG Urban Prairie. The sentiment is Stampsaway and the ribbon and brad thingy's are all from my stash. The smaller flowers are hand punched.

A Shopping we will go ...

with Miss Anya for 2 challenges. This gorjus image was supplied by my friend Debbie. Her cards and blog are lovely and well worth taking a look at.
The 1st of the 2 challenges is this sketch by Heidi over at Moving with the times (MAWTT), with the added challenge of making it for a teenager. Boy do they like to shop, I've got all that to come.
I found it whilst doing a bit of blog hopping yesterday, and thought "why not"?
The 2nd challenge is the colour combo of Pink, Brown and Cream over at Double Dutch.

The image is Miss Anya coloured with Pencils and Sansador. The card is SU, Papermill and Bazill, the papers are all from my stash except the Argyle bit which is a digi paper. I have no idea what make they are as I've had them ages. The sentiment is PB. All the flowers are hand punched. The ribbons, gem and brad like thingy's are all from my stash.

Gorjuss, Just Gorjuss ...

Pink and Black girlie for the Onestop craft challenge where the challenge is this great colour combo. Over at Papertake it's this fab sketch by Dawny P.
The image is a Gorjuss girl by SN supplied by my friend Debbie. You sholud take a stroll over to her blog, it's lovely.
The card is SU, Co 'rdinations and Papermill, the paper is BG, the sentiment is by Clear Stamps from a set. The ribbon and gems are from my stash. I put the Co 'rdinationd card thru my CB Paisley folder and then sanded it to show the 2 shades of pink.
I've also decorated the inside using the cut offs from the card and paper.

1 card, 2 challenges. the first is this brilliant sketch over at Sketch Saturday. I love there sketches but I don't always manage to get a card done in time. The second is over at Secret Crafter where they would like to see cute bugs on our entries. I chose this cute Tilda with her Ladybird.

Can you tell it's Pink ....

It's pink and Maroon, but the pic doesn't really show it well. I've done this card for 4 Challenges, not sure they'l all get posted in time but here goes.
1. ABC Challenge is "Anything goes with the option of animals".
2. Allsorts would like us to do "Vintage".
3. Onestop's challenge is "Roses".
4. Penny Black Sat Challenge this week is this lovely sketch by Beth.

The image is PB rabbit holding some roses and there are roses on the paper. So thats 3 challenges done. The paper designs remind me of old fashioned wall paper and I think the colours are Victoriana, hence the vintage for Allsorts challenge. I hope you think so too ?!

Oh to be 21 Again ...

I wish ! LOL. 2 challenges for this card. The 1st is this sketch by Tammy at Cupcake crafts, but there's a twist. You need to use the colours that the sketch is made up of. Browns, blue and a neutral.
The 2nd challenge is the same colour combo and that's over at The Pink elephant.

My party Edwin is coloured with pencils and Sansador. The papers are Daisy Bucket from my stash and the card is a mix of SU and DCWV. The ribbon, brads and eylets are from my stash.

My silly animals ...

These are my silly pets. we've had my dog for a good few years now, but the cat we've only had a couple of months. My friends cat had kittens and she talked me into having one off her. They did the usual cat n dog thing at first. But now, as you can see they are the best of friends. Crazy animals. LOL.

Any one else having problems with their following list and the disappearance of their own followers ?
I've not had any updates on my list since last night, so I apologise to those blog friends I visit daily. I will be catching up when I get my list back.
I thought having Firefox was supposed to stop this sort of thing happening oooh am so upset today. Hopefully it'l be sorted and I'l be able to get my challenges in on time.

Well that's my grumble done with off to get a cuppa, do that nasty "H" word and then some crafting and no doubt a game of bowling on the WII.

Nothing crafty ...

done yesterday. By the time we had had lunch and such like time was ticking on so we across to the park. All the cuties really enjoyed themselves. Especially when OH got into this dish thing that spins. They were all pushing it round, needless to say he was extremely dizzy when he got off. The cuties all had to have a go then, they looked so funny when they came off it. You had to be there, one of those moments I wished I'd got my camera.
Looks like today is going to be a bit quieter here, so might get something done. Need to get some of that nasty "H" word done before I do anything in my room.
I've got an order for someone at work, so I'l get that done so that I can deliver it Thursday. I'l know it's done then.

A real floral fantasy, which is the challenge this week at A Spoonful of Sugar. 6 flowers, flowery paper and a flower on the envelope. How many more can 1 card take ? LOL.
Just Magnolia's challenge this week is this fab sketch by Martine. Over at Papertake they would like us to use colours that remind us of a season. These colours remind me of Spring and Summer. What season do they remind you off ?
