the 1st challenge is over at Creative Belliblog and thats to use giant brads, eyelets or hardware. A tough one for me because these brads are the biggeste I've got and they don't seem very giant to me. LOL !
Then over at Dutch Dare they gave us this wonderful sketch to work with. I love sketches, they never turn out how you imagine for some reason.
Card n papers: SU card with Paperloft "Well worn" paper (one of my favourite ranges). And a bit of bazill.
Image: Stampendous I think (it's worn off).
Embellies: Hessian and 3 giant brads that I stamped on with stazon ink and sanded the edges.
Thanks for taking the time to come and look at my card and my little piece of blogland.
Happy crafting T T F N

1. Papertake weekly challenge this week is Spotts and stripes. Wonderful, I love stripes and I've even put them the right way on this card. Usually I put them the other way.
2. Blue and Green is the theme on A Spoonful of Sugar this week. Fantastic my fav colour combo at the min. How lucky is that ?!
3. The sketch above is the challenge on Stamp with Stampavie and more this week. I love this sketch because it's clean and crisp, great for a male card.
Now then what did I use ? Oh yes a Mgnolia image coloured with my usual medium, pencils and Sansador. The stripey paper is Junkitz I think, not sure because I found it lurking at the bottom of my box yesterday. I've had that sheet about 2 1/2 years. The spotty paper is from the English Paper Co Seafoam range I think. Urm. The ribbon is DB and everything else is from my stash.
Well ta for having a look and stumbling onto my little piece of blog land.

was a sketch this week and I hope I've done it justice. It's the first time I've done the Pink elephant challenge so I hope it's ok.
The image is one of my favourites and is by Art impressions. I inked the stamped using my Whisper pens and then water coloured it. I added a bit of glamour dust to the centre of the rose. The red card is by SU. The black card and ribbon are from my stash. I inked the scallops witha gold pen. The sentiment is by WS designs and is heat emboss in gold.
Thank you for looking.
